If you’re going through a tough time, facing a crisis, or dealing with trauma, counselling could provide the support you need. With a decade of counselling experience, I have assisted a diverse range of clients in various settings. My training follows an Integrative approach that combines different theories, allowing me to better understand and help clients find solutions. Many clients start therapy feeling stuck and hopeless, but I can guide you in moving beyond these feelings and help you understand their origins.
My approach centres on empathy and treating each client as a unique individual. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and it will be customised to fit your specific needs. Building a strong therapeutic relationship and fostering genuine understanding are essential for meaningful change in clients. My goal is to enhance your self-awareness, delve into the factors that keep you stuck, and guide you towards overcoming them. I have experience in working with many issues including, depression, relationship problems, sexual assault, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, panic disorder, family issues, anger management, bereavement, guilt, shame, eating disorders and low self esteem. I am also registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and abide by their ethics and code of practice.
I can offer appointments every day, morning, afternoon or evening, seven days a week, so I am sure we can find a space to suit us both.
