I offer one to one Counselling using an Integrative Approach. This means that I used a variety of theoretical approaches to enable me to understand how a person develops and grows and why they become stuck in life. I can accommodate either long term or short term therapy dependant on your needs; this is assessed during a phone consultation and the first session. I work under the guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. If you are struggling with problems, or feeling overwhelmed, then Counselling maybe right for you.
